Hotel rooms have to be reserved on line to WIP on August 5th, 2013 at the latest. After this date, rooms cannot be guaranteed. Rooms will be provided on a first come first served basis. WIP will issue a letter confirming your reservation details.
The cancellation policy is applicable to the individual hotel reservations. All cancellations must be made in writing (E-mail, letter or fax) to WIP.
